EPA Manager System 
EPA Manager is a full documentation package designed to ease the task of compliance. Included with the package are all necessary forms for Monitoring and Record Keeping, replacements when needed. Housekeeping Policies are individually prepared for each customer needs – leading to a cleaner workplace. Staff Training on EPA Subjects. EPA Diary – a prompting System for all necessary tasks as required by EPA Authorisation. EPA Direct Line – all EPA Manager user queries direct to Carlac Environmental Services. On hand Consultancy Service available for advice or meetings with Local Authorities etc.
12 Month Reviews of the system with EPA Audits & Advice Reports.
EPA Applications
Complete service starting with preparing the Application, through to submission to the Local Authority. Includes all necessary paperwork, plus on site visits as required.
EPA Upgrades
Preparation and submission of detailed Upgrade Plans + all follow up reminders for key Upgrading dates as required (if EPA Manager is installed).
EPA Audits
Full EPA Audit carried out on site to review relevant Equipment, Systems, Products & Work Practices.
VOC Advice
Advice on VOC Monitoring, Calculations & Reporting Systems. Including Waste Analysis for greater control of VOC purchases & product wastage.
Solvent Reduction Plans
Advice on the Preparation, Submission and Implementation of a Solvent Reduction Plan as required by future EPA/ SED legislation.
